FOUNDER AND CEO
Carrie Bobb is the founder and CEO of Carrie Bobb & Co. She launched her real estate career in 2003 and has completed transactions totaling over $2 billion in total consideration. Carrie has successfully strategized and executed leasing strategies for some of San Diego’s most notable and high profile retail projects.
She has represented tenants such as West Elm, Cinepolis, Restoration Hardware, Joe & The Juice, Havaianas, Ann Taylor, The Shade Store, Union Bank, Fleet Feet and others.
Carrie has represented landlords and developers such as Kilroy Realty, Bosa Development, Protea Properties, TRC, Heitman and Regency Centers. She has completed transactions with retailers such as Sephora, SoulCycle, Blue Bottle Coffee, North Italia, International Smoke, Salt & Straw, Byrd’s Hairdo, Tocaya, Sweetfin, Tendergreens, The Butchery, Pigment, BodyRok, curbar, Drybar and several others.
Carrie is also the CEO of hellojenny and the Co-Founder of The Carrie Bobb Foundation. She has been named one of San Diego’s Power Women in Real Estate, received her MBA from the University of San Diego and is an official member of the Forbes Real Estate Council. Carrie lives in San Diego with her husband, Matt, their three inquisitively adventurous kids and one joyful golden doodle.

Emily Jones joined Carrie Bobb & Co. in 2019 after a 16-year career with Shea Properties to focus on premier property leasing assignments and select national tenant roll outs. As Director of Retail Leasing at Shea, Emily specialized in shopping center development, merchandising and leasing, working on a variety of product types. From regional, to neighborhood and mixed-use retail, projects included The Collection at Riverpark, The Square at Bressi Ranch, Del Sur Town Center and Alhambra Place. She has completed transactions with retailers and restaurants such as Mendocino Farms, Burger Lounge, Orangetheory Fitness, Board & Brew, Bird Rock Coffee, Luna Grill, Yoga Six, Panini Kabob Grill and California Fish Grill among many others. Emily grew up in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Journalism. She lives in San Diego with her husband, Andy, and their three little ones.

Nicole brings a unique experience in both commercial real estate and social media marketing. Through her prior experience as the in house social media manager for an ecommerce brand, Nicole generated millions of dollars of revenue through organic and paid social media advertising. She also has previously worked at two top commercial real estate firms, SRS Real Estate Partners and Newmark Knight Frank. Nicole creates and executes social media strategies for retail shopping centers – her focus is to help them grow their presence in their communities and present an alluring vibe for prospective new tenants looking to lease space in the center. Nicole was born & raised in San Diego, but took a little detour to the University of Arizona where she earned a Bachelors degree in Communications.

Halli Spieker started her photography business when she was 15. Her work has been featured in People Magazine and she has a wide range of capabilities including brand photography, interior design, corporate, lifestyle, special events and families.
Josh Spieker is a visual artist who does his best work with a paint brush. He brings ideas to life through painting, videography, and photography.
Lauren Greulich recently joined Carrie Bobb & Co. as an intern. She has come from an Acquisitions and Investment Management internship at Intersection CRE. There, she researched and identified a pipeline of industrial properties that met the investment profile. Within a 6 month span, Lauren had underwritten almost a billion dollars worth of industrial real estate west of Denver. She is a second generation San Diegan, and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Real Estate at the University of San Diego.
